All content provided by the Platform — including AI assistant responses, triage reports, health reminders, proactive health watch and any system-generated information — is for general reference and record-keeping only. It does not constitute veterinary, medical, diagnostic or treatment advice and is not a substitute for in-person examination and professional judgment by a licensed veterinarian.

We do not provide a diagnosis and make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any information. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any decision concerning your pet's health.

If your pet shows an emergency or life-threatening condition, contact a local veterinarian or emergency clinic immediately — do not rely on the Platform and delay care.

Some features are powered by third-party artificial intelligence models. AI may produce inaccurate, outdated, incomplete or wholly incorrect (“hallucinated”) content.

You must not make any health, medication, husbandry or transaction decision based on AI output alone. We are not liable for any consequence arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

Health logs, photos, videos, weights, documents, lineage and health passports are entered by users. We do not verify or endorse the truthfulness, accuracy, legality or completeness of this content.

We are not responsible for errors, omissions, falsification or misrepresentation in user-entered information, or any resulting loss. Keeping records truthful and accurate is the responsibility of the party entering them.

A health passport reflects only the information recorded on the Platform by the issuing shop/breeder. It does not represent any certification, inspection or guarantee by us of an animal's actual health.

Mechanisms such as “tamper-evident” and “frozen records” mean only that records cannot be altered within the Platform after a given point; they are not a guarantee of the truthfulness of the record's contents.

Any health guarantee, warranty or refund/replacement commitment contained in a passport is a private agreement between the issuer (shop/breeder) and the recipient (buyer/new owner).

PawSure is not a party to that agreement and does not participate in, guarantee or take responsibility for its performance. Any related dispute must be resolved between the transacting parties.

The Platform is not a party to, nor a broker or guarantor of, any sale, adoption or transfer between shops and owners.

Any dispute, loss or liability arising from a transaction rests with the parties to that transaction.

Paid features are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe card checkout). Payments are governed by those providers' terms and policies.

We do not store your full payment-card details. Refunds and billing disputes are handled per the relevant plan description and provider rules.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (including but not limited to pet health outcomes, financial loss, or data loss) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

We handle your data with reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Do not upload others' private information that you are not authorised to share, or legally protected sensitive information.

The Platform relies on third-party services (including AI, payments, cloud hosting and storage). Their availability and performance are not fully within our control and are subject to their respective terms.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
